Just when you think you’ve seen enough museums to last a lifetime, you find one so wacky you just have to add it to your to-do list. Take for example the Shinyokohama Ramen Museum in Yokohama, Japan – the self-proclaimed food amusement park pays homage to the humble noodle that has nourished so many a college student. Visitors can enjoy walking through a replica of Tokyo in the late 1950s when the idea of ramen was first cooked up (see picture above), or simply stop by for some late night nosh.
