{The Taktsang Palphug Monastery in Bhutan}

This Himalayan Buddhist monastery, which also goes by the name “Tiger’s Nest”, was built in 1692 in Bhutan’s Paro Valley. The monastery clings to the edge of a cliff about 10,000 feet (3,000 metres) above the valley floor!
